Ministers

I was privileged to grow up in a Christian home and to be part of a local church. In my late teens I grew a lot as a Christian and God brought me to the point of confessing Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. As the song goes, ‘To God be the glory great things He has done.’

At the age of 22 I wrestled with the call to ministry and decided to move from New Zealand to Geelong, Australia to train at the Reformed Theological College. The rest is history! Since 2012 I have served as Pastor in the Christian Reformed Church of Australind.

I am happily married to my wife Annette and we have been blessed with three children who were born in 2015, 2016, and 2017. Yes, we have our hands full!  Along with trying to serve the church and my family, I enjoy getting into the garden, renovating the house, politics, reading, and keeping up with current events. 

Our greatest joy in ministry is to see people find forgiveness, peace, and joy in God through Christ, and to see Christians grow to the fullness of Christ. So if you would like to visit the church we are a part of, we would love to see you!

Pastor Craig

Peter Kossen is married to Sugi, and they have four children. He is a graduate of the Reformed Theological Collage in Geelong and the University of Western Australia. Peter has been a pastor for 26 years, pastoring churches in New Zealand and Australia. He is currently one of the Pastors of the Christian Reformed Church of Australind, Western Australia. He also works as a Prison Officer.
